If you did not have an account when you placed your order, you may create an account now by clicking here. Use the same email address that you used to place your order. 

You should receive an email with your tracking number once your KNOW Better products have shipped.

Services Offered:

USPS Priority Mail – Typically 2-3 Days

USPS Parcel Select – Typically 3-8 Day (Shelf Stable Products Only)

FedEx 2-Day Air – Two BUSINESS Days

FedEx Standard Overnight – One BUSINESS Day

 

Processing Times:

Order Day / Shipping Day

Monday by 12 PM ET= Tuesday

Tuesday by 12 PM ET = Wednesday

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, by 12 PM ET = Depending on transit time your shipment may be delayed until Monday or Tuesday.

Saturday & Sunday = Monday or Tuesday
